Ivilin Mandev is a dynamic and dedicated actor whose rising career reflects both a solid foundation in theatrical training and a seamless transition into high-profile screen productions. Since his early work at Middlesex University Theatre in 2020, where he performed in A Mouthful of Birds—the intense and surreal play by Caryl Churchill and David Lan—he has continually honed his craft through demanding and varied roles. His theatrical background has instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, presence, and emotional range, which he has since brought to a growing list of screen credits. Most recently, Ivilin appeared in the globally anticipated Spider-Man 4 (May 2025), where he performed as Spider-Man’s double—an incredibly physical and high-stakes role that speaks to his advanced stage combat training and physical theatre background. Prior to that, in April 2025, he featured in a national commercial for Rodd’s Coffee as a journalist, displaying his quick wit and improvisational instincts.

His versatility continued to shine in his dual appearance in The Fantastic Four: First Steps (August and September 2024), where he played a civilian caught in the chaos, offering a grounded human perspective amidst the spectacle. Ivilin also appeared in the popular television series The Agency (August 2024), portraying a guest in a hotel bar, a small but layered role that demanded subtlety and naturalism. Fluent in English and skilled in Middle Eastern accents, Ivilin has the rare ability to shift tone and character fluidly, aided by a deep grounding in both the Stanislavski Method and Method Acting techniques.
